Session Descriptions

Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (11:00AM-12:30PM PT / 12:00PM-1:30PM MT)

Conducting a Systems + Digital Audit
We will start by checking the foundation - our internal systems that we control of how we approach admission (our admission systems), and how we communicate with parents (our website).  We'll teach you how to gain a deep understanding of your institution's foundation: your internal systems. Through a comprehensive audit of your admission processes and your website, you'll discover how they influence families' perceptions.  Walk away from this session with concrete worksheets and templates to begin your own internal systems checks.

Thursday, October 16, 2025 (11:00AM-12:30PM PT / 12:00PM-1:30PM MT)

Building Internal Relationships
Enrollment success requires more than strong admissions work; it depends on trust and collaboration across your entire school community. This session will offer practical strategies to map and strengthen internal partnerships, improve communication with key stakeholders, and foster a culture where there is a seamless two-way information flow. Walk away with tools to reduce friction, align your teams, and keep your shared mission at the center of the work.

Creating a Data-Informed Marketing Plan
Your school’s analytics holds the key to a smarter, more effective marketing strategy. In this session, you’ll learn how to identify key audience segments, develop family personas, and uncover the messages that truly resonate–all rooted in your school’s unique data points. This workshop will help you connect the qualitative and quantitative “data dots” and design a plan that is focused, measurable, and actionable.

Thursday, November 13, 2025 (11:00AM-12:30PM PT / 12:00PM-1:30PM MT)

Operationalizing Your Brand
Your brand isn’t a logo or a tagline. It’s the story you tell in every interaction. In this session, we’ll help you capture your school’s essence and explore how to embed those messages across communications channels from your website to your tour to your talking points. You’ll also learn strategies to align your leadership team so everyone is speaking from the same playbook.
