NOVA Middle School is an independent middle school located in Olympia, Washington. NOVA’s vision is to inspire lifelong learning for a more compassionate and engaged world. Fostering the joyful pursuit of intellectual, social, and emotional expansion through a challenging curriculum that nourishes highly capable middle school students to develop identity, self-empowerment, and community is NOVA’s mission. Joyful pursuit happens every day at NOVA in both small and big ways. There is joy in discovering who you are at your core, in finding new areas of passion, in diving deep into a challenging discussion or new skill set, in making new friends, in expanding beyond what you thought were your limitations. NOVA Middle School serves students from the broader South Puget Sound region including Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor and Pierce counties, the joyful pursuit championed at NOVA stays with our alumni long after graduation!
