FALL EDUCATORS CONFERENCE
GROUP REGISTRATIONS
OPEN AUGUST 1, 2026
NWAIS Member Schools may use a group registration spreadsheet to register 10 or more attendees.
Non-Member Schools and those registering fewer than 10 attendees need to register attendees individually via the main registration page.
HOW TO REGISTER A GROUP FOR FALL EDUCATORS
The Fall Educators Conference is IN-PERSON ONLY.
Please fill out the group registration spreadsheet below for those you are registering to attend the Fall Educators Conference.
Once you are finished, please email your completed spreadsheet to NWAIS Registrar, Vivian Hoang. Registration rates, deadlines, and cancellation policies are locked in based on the date of submission.
If you have any changes to an attendee's registration after submitting, we cannot guarantee that we can make all changes on your behalf. Please make sure it is accurate and complete before submitting!
Regarding Dietary Restrictions
If an attendee requires a Dairy Free, Gluten Free, or Vegan meal, they must be requested in advance. If a special meal is not pre-ordered, we cannot guarantee enough will be available on the day of the conference.
Your group registration spreadsheet will not be accepted unless dietary information is complete. It is imperative that dietary restrictions are complete and accurate to each attendee upon submission. Due to the high volume of this conference, logistics for catering require advance notice of special dietary needs. If you submit your group registration sheet without including accurate dietary details, we cannot guarantee that your attendees will receive the meal that they require.
We will do our best to accommodate specific dietary restrictions and allergies. If there is a concern, attendees are welcome to bring along snacks to help support learning and comfort.

CLOCK HOURS AND STARS CREDITS
Please feel free to forward the information below to anyone who you've registered on their behalf—
Attendees are eligible for 4 WA clock hours, STARS Credits, and/or in-service hours. There is no cost for professional credits.
To remain in compliance with OSPI regulations, attendees are required to opt-in for clock hours prior to or on-site at the conference on Friday, October 9, 2026.
Any opt-in submissions received after October 9, 2026 will be deemed ineligible.
We can only provide clock hours to credentialed educators in Washington State at this time. If you are credentialed outside of Washington and need to petition another agency for credits or you would like a certificate for your files, NWAIS is happy to provide one upon request at no charge. More information on how to request certificates will be available closer to the conference date.
To receive STARS credits you must sign into each session you attend after the conference. More information will be available closer to the conference date.
If you are unsure of which professional credits you need, please visit our CEU FAQ page.
